I'm trying to help my sister with inflammation as well as joint pain and bad knees (bone on bone).... I started her on LLV but was wondering the best way to take it... One says two capsules morning and night and the other says four capsules a day... So is it four capsules at one time then? Or can she break it up? She is concerned because her body doesn't handle vitamins well and doesn't know how the LLV will react.... How do others take these each day? I've seen posts where people start off half dose... I'm not sure what to tell her...
