Hi, may someone please share which oil(s) are best and how to apply for a stuffy nose? Also, for a dripping/ running nose? I have used: breathe, lemon, lavender, ddr, tea tree, on guard, peppermint and balance. I either diffuse the oils mentioned or used them internally and/or neat. Please advise.
