[Everything doTERRA] GX Assisst, what tip of reactions are normal?

I am taking GX Assist, was taking 1 a day for first day or so then started taking 2. Now I have a bad headache and sore, tender gums. I usually get sore gums when I get a sinus infection or a messed up stomach. So I am wondering if the GX Assist would be messing with my stomach enough to cause this? Because my stomach does not seem to be messed up. It has only made noises a couple of time, other than that everything is normal/
