It's the symphony of the cells booklet I believe you can pick it up at either my oil business or aroma tools. It's written by Boyd Kuhn Truman and isn't too expensive I think between $5-10. He has protocols for many different health concerns. It is applied differently than the Aroma Touch technique ( it's actually easier) and the oils are just layered on one after the other. In the book you do it up the spine and use 8-10 drops of each oil. I have found this to be very good when my husband is available to help me but when I'm doing myself I just do my feet with a couple of drops layered of each oil. I haven't used a carrier oil on my feet. After the treatment on the back you can put a hot wet towel with a plastic bag over top and cover with a blanket to help drive the oils in. Leave on for about 15 min. The protocol for inflammatory is wonderful done this way. I think if you could get help to apply the respiratory one would be really good this way too.
