I've had some issues with mine too, not wanting to work all the time. I'm only using one right now since it's been a little problematic.... Maybe they just need to break in. When I first put it on the ball would not roll at all, my husband had to fix it because I must have pushed down on the ball and it jammed in place. Once he fixed it, we were able to get the ball rolling, but it's not consistent. Lesson learned, don't push on the ball.... :-)--
