Anyone can enroll with just the $35.00 dollars enrollment fee. That purchases just a kit with printed information in it. They can then place an order at their convenience. In order to get the product of the month for the 10% off they can order it when placing an order, to the free product of the month they have to place an order of at least 125pv before the 15th of the month.
