I've done the HCG diet. I lost 22 lbs. the first week was terrible because my body was detoxifying had headaches what was to be expected after the fourth day I was in fasting mode and didn't really want to eat anything at all the food selection was very minimal and didn't want to eat the same thing over and over. I was like you and was told it would work so I did it anyway. My sister In law was doing it with her doctor and now she can't have babies.  But... I gained more weight back I was more depressed. I have found a diet from my sista'a doc if your interested.  I used the essentail oils with it. My sista lost over a 100 pounds and is still losing and she looks great! She said she feels awesome! I'm sorry from experience the HCG diet will not work in the long run.

Please please please do your research on it.  It is such dangerous stuff.  I had a friend that tried the HCG and ended up  with Pulmonary Embolism from it.  I know it's your choice but I'd hate for another person go through that.  Just looking out for my doterra family. Even though I personally don't know you.. Slim and Sassy works if your consistent with it!!

I am currently taking the LLV Pack and PB assist. With the diet, you are supposed to eliminate all oils -- even lotions and creams. It's only for a month but I would rather not stop them if I don't have to. So I am curious if others have done the diet -- while continuing their essential oil protocols-- and had success.

By the way, tried slim & sassy but didn't get results. Health is such that I need to drop the weight FAST. After a lot of consideration, I just feel HCG is the right step for me now... So please don't try to talk me out of it :)
