Any hot water will cause my face to flush and get irritated with my rosacea and sensitive skin. So in my opinion I would try our warm showers a few days with product and see how you do. I put on all my oils on after the shower and only the Clear Skin roll on causes the irritation before my FCO mix is put on.

Applying the oils to your skin right after a hot shower can increase the sensitivity. Your skin will be full of water and your pores wide open. Water intensifies the oils therefore you might be getting a more intense effect when applying. Use the foaming face wash but maybe wait awhile before applying the clear skin. Use it sparingly and maybe use with Fractionated coconut oil. If clear skin is too much try melaleuca and lemon diluted. Lavender is good too but all will be more sensitive right out of the shower. Also, any skin regiment change can take 30 to 60 days for your skin to stop reacting in a detoxing manner. Take it slow and use your best judgment. Long term you'll have some great results.Last thing is to also consider that any skin condition also relates to something internally. You may want to look at fighting this from the inside out! :)
