I understand your situation. I have previously been in a similar one. I will tell you that taking the Life Long Vitality Pack helped me tremendously. It helped me with energy, mental clarity, emotions, & it was the start to my hormone balance. You can take it while your pregnant so I'm sure it would be safe while nursing.
Recently I heard someone mention using clary sage to increase milk flow, well clay sage is also a great oil to balance hormones. I haven't confirmed this one but it's worth a try.
I am not nursing now & I just started using clary calm to balance hormones, it's working great! I'm even back to my cycle calendar from 6 years ago before I even got married, lol. I feel a lot better and I know this is the last step before the weight just comes off with normal healthy efforts.
