[Everything doTERRA] Re: Chaffed bottom

I know a few runners & bikers that have had this issue. Here are the oils I know they have used with success. Each could be solo, as a combo, & may or may not be used with a carrier oil. If it's very bad, then mixing a drop or 2 with some type of diaper ointment (I'm guessing a zinc base to create a good barrier) may be the best way to get rid of it, and use preventively. Basil, Melaleuca, Helichrysum, Wild Orange, Lavender, Deep Blue Rub (sounds crazy, but some have sworn by it-not on open wounds!).

Good Luck & so very sorry for his pain!

This is embarrassing so I'd rather ask here than a friend. But my husband came home from work with a chaffed or chapped bottom. He works out in the Arizona heat all day as an HVAC tech so he is always sweaty (so sorry). I have tried Melaleuca and Lavender and neither seem to be offering any relief. It hurts no matter what he does... Walk, sit, stand or lay down. Help!!! (I'm so sorry for this. I'm dying laughing and my husband is upset I'm posting)
