[Everything doTERRA] UTI and Kidney infection while on GX assist. Anyone??

I am 5th day on GX assist (3 pills/day) and just got diagnosed with UTI and kidney infection. I went to see doctor because I had fever last night and have been in a lot of pain --> While going to bathroom and my lower back. Horrible pain.

Anyone had this experience? I was hoping GX would get rid of infection so I kept taking it when I first felt pain when urinating. (it was second day on GX) I added Frankincense in capsule, rubbed oregano on my lower abdominal and also on guard. and have been doing warm compresses. 

I was prescribed antibiotics and am not sure what to do. Both my parents have kidney problems and I want to make sure I treat this infection. It is a lot of pain.
