[Everything doTERRA] Encephalitis

I have a friend who has been ill with tremors for about a year after a 2 weeks hospital stay.  Her doctors THINK it's Encephalitis but aren't sure.    She has small children and can't be left alone with them for long periods, hence, her husband isn't able to work.  Does anyone know of a protocal for this virus?
