Did you also start on the LLV? This is very helpful when beginning with Menopause. Also the DDR Prime. Just give it three months and I would be very surprised if you hit any brick walls with this protocol.

I switched over to the doTERRA womens solice, estrogen and bone suppements which was fine for about 3 months and yesterday it was like I hit a brick wall!!
