If you are treating internal scars and of course if you have problems due to these scars then you will obviously know when the scars are diminished. Dropping the Frankincense under the tongue daily will help to reduce the internal scarring. I could take months depending on the amount of scarring.
Now if you have red puckering scars topically then you will be able to watch them heal. Now you are still going to have a line from the scar but it will be clean and healthy.
