I recently was diagnosed with eczema on my foot...blisters and itching and pain.  It started as I was trying to get my family on a more healthy path...and I'm new to the oils and the natural way of things.  

So from what I've read, my detox pathways are most likely blocked and it's coming out through my foot?  Not sure, but I would like to detox and get rid of this horrible stuff.  Right now, because it was so out of control and I didn't have some of the oils that I needed, I am on the steroid cream, but I hate it, even though it is clearing it up.

I tried the lavender which temporarily helped the itching, but I think I'm going to have to mix it with some shea butter because it needed something that would "stick" there for a little bit.  The Melaluca, didn't help it topically, but I'm sure I was just too far gone by then.

How do you build a protocol to get rid of this stuff and to properly detox the body.  I have some PB and GX coming, but I want to make sure I do this properly so I don't make things worse.

I have suffered my entire life with severe chronic excema. Now is the time of the year when it tended to get worse. I now live excema free for a year now. Email me personally and I will let you know what worked for me. I see everyone has a way to tame it. I can say that I have had outbreaks here and there and can link the cause.
