I'd like to add--It may be a good idea for her doctor to bless off on the idea of you touching her back.  There may be some medical reason she should not be touched even lightly.  Second, I would have her sign a waiver before you do the ATT that clears you from being responsible.  Search the archives, there are examples on there.

After that, I agree with Stacey.  Maybe practice on a spouse or another friend as a refresher before attempting her?  Just so you are more comfortable with the technique again.  The LLV changed my life too.
