Oh yes, try it! It will pull out impurities. Apply right on the spots. It will look worse for a few days but it passes quickly.  I've seen it work on cysts that doctors wanted to lance.  A person who has never detoxified may see pimples appear but they also disappear quickly. It's just the toxins purging. Wouldn't hurt to use Zendocrine on the liver and most with acne need more probiotics. Let us know how it works.
