Good for you! It's so much about what you avoid rather than what you consume. Simple rule is to avoid all things that don't grow. Chemicals, food from boxes, instant type foods, vaccines, tap water, soda pop, non-organic food, chemical cleaners, etc.
Use OnGuard product line. All of it. Toothpaste, soap, etc. Use LLV. Purify. Zendocrine oil to detox your livers.
Don't eat any artificial fats. Only use good quality coconut oil, olive oil (research that one to make sure you have a good one - there's lots of fakes) or organic butter.
See if you can join a CSA to get organic food if you can't grow a garden.
And be sure to use something for EMF protection. Wireless, cell phones, etc cause loads of damage. Wild Orange is helpful and so is DDR. If you feel tired use Mito2Max.

Our diet needs work as well.
We are going to go hard in Jan with classes and I'm taking this a lot more serious as a business for us to afford all that we want! Oils, vitamins, another diffuser!
Sorry to ramble! I'm not sure exactly what my question is other than what daily routine can keep my family healthy?
