A 1/2 dose of LLV. I've seen it make some dramatic improvements for
depression. I'd also consider 1 PB Assist daily, especially if she eats
like the average teenager. If she likes citrus bliss then I would just
go with that. Bergamot is also very good with teens see if she likes or
will tolerate the smell of it. It mixes very well with patchouli but
that scent is definitely an acquired taste. Or perhaps mix the Citrus
Bliss with Beramot and put it in a roller ball for her to carry around.
