I can give you some suggestions but truthfully I'd like you to see the
doctor just in case there is something serious going on. It would also
be helpful for narrowing the focus.
I would do a round of GX/PB Assist; take LLV and DDR Prime daily. Swipe
Immortelle over the thyroid and adrenals daily. Apply Solace over lower
abdomin daily and put a drop of frankincense on the hygiene product of
your choice until it stops.
If you aren't already use the foaming clear skin and anti-aging moisturizer.
