I am earnestly trying to learn to blend correctly.  Nothing fancy though.  On page 37 in Modern Essentials it says that a Personifier (goes in 1st) has a very sharp, strong, and long-lasting frangrance.  It lists Ylang Ylang as one of these.   Then the book says a Modifier has a mild and short fragrance (goes in 4th).  It lists Ylang Ylang as one of these!     Ylang Ylang can't be both a Personfier and a Modifier according to their definition.  Ylang Ylang is in the blend I want to make and I don't know which order to put it in.   Guidance please!  Thanks!
