    Follow the instructions and if you feel any distress just take less of the
    GX, but do not exceed the 10 days.
    Also stay away from refined sugars, white flour. Try to eat clean.

    I know many people who use the LLV before and directly after surgery.
    Eliminating the fish oil doesn't hurt anything, for a short period.
