[Everything doTERRA] Vitamin E and Lanolin Oil question--not Doterra related

I have two questions:
I'd like to get some bottled Vitamin E to put into my homemade toiletries, but poking the capsules and squeezing it out is a HUGE pain.  Does anyone know where I can get good bottled, liquid Vitamin E for external use?  Burt's Bees has something but it also has "lemon oil" in it and it doesn't smell as pure as Doterra's of course.

Also, in your opinion, is Lanolin good to use topically?  Like on your hands and lips when they are chapped?  What do you think?
