I would say maybe Breathe or Peppermint but ONLY a teeny tiny amt since lil one is soooo tiny. It may be beneficial to have mom just put the oil on her hands & just hold her hand near the baby's mouth& nose so baby breathes it in...OR mom could put it on her clothes then hold baby. I would possibly think about putting Franki on his feet again VERY SMALL amt will go a long way on this baby. Less than 1 drop...if you had an extra empty bottle you could mix some Franki & fco in that w/b ideal...you could also do that w/Breathe...I would say in a 5ml bottle filled almost full w/FCO then add approx 5-10 drops of Franki or Breathe is a good place to start...if this seems effective but mom or you feel baby needs it a lil stronger you can always add a few more drops of the oil. My opinion is this s/b strong enough...
