Well obviously it will not be called an ATT b/c you don't have all the correct oils, however when needed for other things I have substitued Citris Bliss for W. Orange w/success...not sure if that helps. Tangerine or Bergamot w/b my next 2 choices....hope your friend gets better soon;)
