[Everything doTERRA] Re: Starting menopause and desperate for help

I'm thinking the reason you "hit a brick wall" was because all of the
Dr. prescribed hormones finally cleared out of your system. Don't
give up though, I know our products can help. I would try the DDR and
definitely take the LLV like Pat mentioned. The first thing I noticed
after started the LLV was a decrease in my hot flashes, that was over
four years ago. I don't have them at all any more. There are a couple
of other supplements I take that I have found to be helpful in dealing
with menopause. DIM complex is a synergistic combination of nutrients
that enhance estrogen metabolism, which helps to maintain healthy
estrogen levels. It IS NOT hormone replacement, just helps to balance
things out, I found it especially helped with my mood. I can always
tell a difference when I run out. The most effective brand of DIM I
have found is by Metabolic Maintenance, I tried a different brand
once, but it didn't work the same. You can get it online, I usually
get mine from Amazon. Just do a google search for it. The other
product I like is Evening Primrose oil. While there isn't any real
proof from a scientific standpoint, I think it also helps to balance
things out. I even noticed a small amount of weight loss, which was
awesome! You can get it at any health food store. I also take our
Phytoestrogen and the Calcium supplement as well. I think the
combination of all of the above has made a huge difference for me.

And remember, it might take several months of taking these supplements
to get everything balanced out and working for you. Don't give up,
hang in there. I promise it eventually gets better, and taking
natural supplements is so much better for you than the synthetic
alternative, even so called bio-identical aren't always that great.
