[Everything doTERRA] Pityriasis rubra pilaris - rare skin disease

Would welcome any and all suggestions regarding this rare skin disease:  Pityriasis rubra pilaris

Additional info:  It is a chronic papulosquamous disorder of unknown etiology characterized by reddish orange scaly plaques, palmoplantar keratoderma, and keratotic follicular papules. The disease may progress to erythroderma with distinct areas of uninvolved skin, the so-called islands of sparing.

Thank you all so much for sharing your stories and ideas - they are much appreciated!
