I have the same issue. I thought that if I found out what I was allergic to (diet wise) I could avoid some things and it would get better. It didn't. I think my steroid inhaler may be the cause of it all. :( I am now on anti fungal meds and trying to ween off the ihaler. And I use melalueca on a cotton ball on my ear and it helps a lot. Also taking probiotics seems to help. I take in pill form and also break them open, put them in water and gargle and swallow. Hope that helps.
