Do you refrigerate PB assist? All of my previous probiotics were kept in fridge. These just say to store in a cool dry place.
What kind of reaction have some had to GX Assist? I was thinking it might be diarrhea, but instead I had severe upper abdomen pain. I got weak in the knees, dizzy, and for a short time, thought I might actually pass out. I rubbed some Digest Zen on my tummy and it alleviated the distress. Is this a common reaction as it works on killing candida? I took 3 capsules today and wonder if I should go back to one a day?
