[Everything doTERRA] ATT

Is there a video that shows what the ATT is?  I live in Korea, so there is no way that I would ever be able to see this done live and I'd really like to use this on my husband because he suffers from degenerative disks in his back.  I've seen it explained, but it just doesn't make sense that way to me.
