Pat, how does someone place an order on their downline's account?

I have a pretty secure 3x3, but once in a while I will get a call from an IPC and they are having a hard month and could I do their LRP for them. I love that they think enough of me to let me know, instead of not letting me know and then I miss out on my 1,500 bonus. I never make them feel guilty, I appreciate their candor and they look out for me, I love them for that.
You should never place an order on anyone's account without their approval, that would be against doTerra's policies.
As for buying in, that is a personal choice. Especially if buying in brings you in a larger paycheck and if you are in doTerra for the product and the residual income. It's all a personal choice and your upline is not doing anything wrong.
Of course the ideal way is to build like the bamboo, strong roots and good structure and then your group makes it on their own. But ultimately it is up to each of us to stay honest and above board with all we do. There just anything wrong with shoring up the ranks when needed.
