Re: [Everything doTERRA] Blisters on Bottom of Feet

Try Melaleuca and come back to Utah soon and bring your hiking shoes, we have some of the best hiking trails in the country.

On my trip up to Utah from Texas, we went through Arches National park.  I wasn't prepared for any hiking and was only wearing flip flops.  When we got there, we decided to do a short hike to some of the arches.  Walking through the sand on the trails and climbing on the rock was impossible in flip flops, so i ditched them and went barefoot.  Now I have HUGE blisters on the bottoms of my feet.  I've been putting lavender and frankincense on them and it helps a little.  Any suggestions on what else I might try?

Thanks!
