I would try Rosemary, Clary Sage and/or Sandalwood. Topically and aromatically. One to 2 drops on location, dilute if recommended. Can also use on reflex points. Diffuse in the air or apply to hands and inhale.

My husband had a vasectomy 5 years ago. He is just not the same man since. He is less active, he just seems uninspired and somewhat depressed. The thing is he knows it and is just as frustrated as I am about it. Our sex life has also been effected. We have always been very attracted to each other and 17 years and 3 kids has not changed that, however he isn't able to perform the way he used to. I've read that a lot of these things can happen after a vasectomy. It effects testosterone levels. Any suggestions?--His blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels are all good.
