[Everything doTERRA] Re: SUPPLEMENTS # of pills

Hi Gin,  FYI  Just happened to see that you wrote all 11 pills, my last LLV order had a new formula and now you take 4 of each, so 12 pills.  I happened to notice it, almost by accident, and also mentioned to a friend who hadn't realized there had been a change.  

As for taking the pills, I take 2 at a time (6 pills AM & PM) with a good gulp of water and repeat 3x over maybe a minute--used to take a whole handful at once and sometimes felt that stuck feeling, too.
