I also use a glass dropper that I got from aroma tools.  You want to be sure to use a glass dropper.  You might could get one from  a pharmacy.

If you're referring to the oil drip cap, that's not the issue.  Vetiver does not like to come out of that oil drip cap.  I took mine off and replaced it with a medicine dropper screw-on cap.
