As a side note, I only mix enough capsules for a day, beyond that they start going mushy even in the refrigerator.

Kent, good luck getting the oils into your wife.  For what it is
worth, I have found that family members respond better to a lighter
touch.  I don't insist that anyone takes or tries the oils but when
they are complaining about an ailment and ask for advice I give it.
It has worked for me :)

Pat, great information!!  I especially am excited about the tip of
putting capsules in the fridge to stop them from dissolving - great to
know!!
