Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oils to deter/repel cats?

So, is there something I should be doing to stop him from marking his territory?  We've had him about 3 years--got both boys at the same time from a rescue shelter.  He didn't do this the first two years we had him--it's been more in recent months.  I've not changed their litter--I'm very careful to always use the same brand.  I use the "World's Best Cat Litter" that is made of corn--it can be flushed and it's all natural and it's not dusty.  It's really a great product.  Is there something else I could be doing wrong?

I don't have TerraShield yet, but I plan to get it on my very next order.  Is there anything else I can do to deter him from scratching or peeing where he shouldn't?

And Pat--the only two I've heard are toxic are the tea tree oil (sorry, I can't remember how to spell the m word) and wintergreen--are there any others confirmed to be toxic to cats?  I was so tempted to use oils on my kitty last night--he seems to have a cold or allergies.  I decided to wait it out a few days and see if he gets better on his own.  Can't afford vet fees.  I'm such a bad mommy.

Thanks so much!  I appreciate the help and advice!
Elaine
