I would start on the LLV, to help with your nutrition level and to give your body some of the tools it needs to start healing. Because you have not included an actual diagnosis its hard to determine what oils to use. I would strive to detox myself, first by drinking lots of water with lemon.  Then I would get the Zendocrine Blend and rub it topically on the liver area.
Give the LLV, Lemon water and Zendocrine at least a full 30 days while you determine what is working for you and then report back for further suggestions.

The pain is generally everywhere and I'm swollen everywhere too, but
mostly in my hand and legs.  My right {foot} ice as swollen as my left
foot.  My skin shines the skin is so tight.  I'm unable to bend my
legs they have so much water in them.  For some odd reason one of my
limbs from time to time will completly deflate and I will have a
normal leg or hand for a couple hours.  I will usually show my husband
by putting my hands or feet side by side for comparrison.  I had a
doctor give me two round of vit d and it messed my liver up.  I try
not to get mad about it, but the doctor knew i showed signs of damage
after the first round but still gave me the second!  And after all of
that my vit d level is still low and I feel drained.
