You can present it to them and go with their decision, thats really all you can do. I would start with the trio pack and do it very slowly. Usually the response with MCS is due to the chemicals in whatever they smell. Our oils have no chemicals but they still might have a problem. Just ask, and then honor their decision.

I have 2 friends with severe MCS.  One is so bad he wears a respirator in public.  I really think they could benefit from the oils, but how do you approach this subject with them?  Should they stay away from the oils?  Are there oils that can help with this?
