pills in the LLV that you need. That way you take what your body needs and
don't throw away $. To muscle test for the number of pills, start with 1
and work your way up. You will be strong until you get to 1 more than the
quantity that you need then you will go weak. Hold the pills in your left
fist and put this fist over your belly button. With your left thumb and the
finger next to it make a circle (fist still over belly button). Put any
finger of the right hand in this circle and try to break thru where the 2
fingers join. If you are weak, you will break the circle. If you are
strong you will not break the circle. If the quantity that you come up with
is higher than you want to take, any amount less than that that you decide
to take will still help you. It will just take you longer to get rid of
your deficiencies. We find the optimum spacing between this testing is
every 2-3 weeks.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] LLV?
This discussion about lifelong vitality has got me thinking. Does anyone
know if taking more than one serving per day is okay? Would it be advisable
or even helpful? I'm thinking that in my case, with an autoimmune disease
that takes enormous amounts of nutrition in order to maintain the body or
keep it on an even keel, I wonder if extra lifelong vitality would be
beneficial. Thoughts? Pat?
Charly
