It does!

While it may not hurt, I don't know that it would be completely beneficial.  It all depends on what you vitamins/minerals you are deficient in.  Any of this can be measured through blood tests.

I only say this because, while I don't have an autoimmune disease, I have some symptoms that are due to vitamin/mineral deficiencies.  I take the LLV and then supplement what I am deficient in or need extra for whatever reason - ie, Vitamin D3, magnesium, Vitamin C, etc.  It's cheaper for me to add the additional supplements I need than to double up my LLV.  Plus, I would have to 6x my LLV to meet my Vitamin D needs which would be overkill on so many other things.

Does that make sense?

This discussion about lifelong vitality has got me thinking. Does anyone know if taking more than one serving per day is okay? Would it be advisable or even helpful? I'm thinking that in my case, with an autoimmune disease that takes enormous amounts of nutrition in order to maintain the body or keep it on an even keel, I wonder if extra lifelong vitality would be beneficial. Thoughts? Pat?
