I am amazed that you have not gone into detox taking 6 pills a day. You really need to hold with the directions on your bottle. I pill with each meal (3 times) per day for 10 days and then the PB Assist for 5 days. Also use the foaming onguard face wash and the new Clear skin to keep your adult acne under control.
