I think you have to adopt the phrase " some will, some want, so what"!  The ones that don't may come back, if not they are just missing out!

Don't be discouraged.  Move on and keep planting the seeds.  Remember there are different soil types. Some are ready while others may need more cultivating .  Remain excited because zeal begets zeal, if you don't give up. The best way I think to deal with those who said negative things is just to quietly ignore them and pay attention to those who are interested.

Just work with the ones who are interested and walk away from the others, believe me when I tell you they will be back and asking for info.
