Dug up my notes. 2 drops Balance, 3 drops lime and then filled with whip cream vodka. The perfume bottles I use are about the size of my pointer finger. This particular blend is called Tammara's Blend after the person who originally came up with the combination.
When making perfume I suggest you put the drops in the bottle and swirl them around and smell. If it isn't appealing, adjust.
