got one I used Lemongrass and then Lavender layered over the top 30
seconds later. Worked like a charm. the only thing is--you have to
use it several times a day and be consistent.---it also helps with the
headache that goes along with the swelling of the sinus cavities. --
for the headache though --I also used Marjoram---a couple of drops
layered over the same area as the lavender and lemongrass...I just did
the forehead just over the eyes and around and down past the temples
and then the nose are just under the eye.
Make sure to use a little FCO with the Lemongrass because I have heard
that some people are especially to one of the components of lavender
that makes them have an itching sensation... I have never had this
reaction but some people are sensitive to it. The marjoram can be
used neat with no dilution.
Just some thoughts. (also: I almost forgot---Rosemary is an oil that
is excellent for breaking up congestion as is Digest Zen...)
