It is a liquid iron supplement that many pregnant women swear by. It
doesn't cause the constipation like the pills and the absorbtion rate
is something like 40% as apposed to maybe 10% of the pills. A friend
with anemia and thyroid issues used it, and it worked wonders for her
pregnancy. That should help until your body evens out.
