[Everything doTERRA] Re: Major Headache

Good for you!!!  It seems tricky to get my husband to try things for me.  Almost everyone says peppermint is best for headaches, but you know what helped me the most last week?  Rosemary.  I don't like the way it smells, but it did the trick for me!
Those blood-sugar induced migraines are a B!

My husband has epilepsy and diabetes.  Both are under control with
meds.  Every so often he gets massive headaches that hit hard and
fast.  Usually I give him two or three excederin migraine pills that
take about 45 minutes to work.  I've just got started using the oils.
I love the peppermint on my headaches.  So I asked him if he'd let me
use the oil.  I put some on the back of his neck, across his forehead
and massaged it into his temples.  Within minutes the headache was
easing.  Ten minutes later it had gone from a ten down to a three and
twenty minutes later totally gone.  He loves it and so do I.  I just
wanted to share.
