[Everything doTERRA] Re: hot flashes after complete hysterectomy

I would try a bio-identical (plant source) vaginal cream (Estriol or
Estradiol). Try to find a compound hormone testing site and
pharmacy. I know HRT isn't for everyone, but the blood absorption of
vaginal estrogen is very low compared to oral, hence lowering the
associated risks (the metabolites as Dr. Hill describes, is what
increases cancer risk from HRT). The lining to the female
reproductive organs is like rubber, making transference low (which is
also why oral antibiotics don't work very well when treating things
like PID). The vaginal cream provides me with just enough relief that
I'm not completely miserable. I'm supplementing with Clary Sage and
the phytoestrogen.

This site gave me some good info plus a local referral list:

Good luck :).
