[Everything doTERRA] Re: home made kefir

Thanks Daniel, there is a LOT of information on that site! I'm still
not entirely sure of the difference between yogurt and kefir, but I'd
like to try making kefir as I know it has wonderful health
propoerties, and I like it! Do you make kefir at home?
