[Everything doTERRA] Re: Ears/Nose and Oils

fresh water burned me bad. It hurt so bad.. I forgot a couple
times...not good. I have to add the packet that comes with my neti
pot. I use frankincense in my neti pot.

I also have a client that puts oils in her ears. I told her not to do
that and she told me she's been doing it her whole life. So there you
go. I would never tell anyone to do that but she just did something
she has done her whole life.

Also you need to oil pull. It really gets things moving in the sinuses
too.
